Kickhaefer Manufacturing Company in Port Washington, WI is seeking an Industrial/Packaging Engineer to drive initiatives that improve material flow, labor efficiency, and cost performance while designing packaging for WIP and finished goods.

You will develop and optimize workstation layouts, support line balancing, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to sustain MOS improvements and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Time studies and standard work are required.
• Labor standards must be maintained and improved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and establish standard work (rates) for all key operations.
• Design packaging solutions for WIP and finished goods to protect product while minimizing cost, handling, and waste.
• Design and optimize workstation layouts for efficiency and operator effectiveness.
• Support MOS continuous improvement initiatives with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality.
