You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant manufacturing operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 7 years of process engineering experience.
• Previous management or leadership experience including cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line and SME engineering and maintenance teams across packaging, process and utilities.
• Drive continuous improvements and improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Provide coaching on safety, quality, engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support commissioning, qualification and validation activities for capital projects.
• Engage in governance processes and capital project design reviews.
