Job summary

Experience driving continuous improvement, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own packaging performance metrics: throughput, downtime, OEE, labor efficiency, quality.
Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve packaging efficiency and cost.
Drive CAPAs, deviations, and change controls for timely, sustainable compliance.
Partner with Engineering/Maintenance to implement automation and tech upgrades.
Develop dashboards and reporting for packaging performance and KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic improvement projects.
