Responsibilities include following safety policies, conducting regular quality checks, proper packaging, and maintaining a clean workspace. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with a strong focus on teamwork and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers is desired.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime, extended shifts, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety, quality and attendance policies and reports hazards.
• Performs regular quality checks by reading line orders and spec sheets; reports out-of-spec products.
• Packages finished goods with correct labels, sleeves, and pallet patterns; ensures cosmetic presentation.
• Maintains a neat, safe work area and supports housekeeping standards.
• Participates in safety by reporting unsafe conditions and incidents.
