Qualifications

• Requires overall knowledge and experience of extruders, recycling procedures and profiles of resins and their properties
• Must be able to work 12-hour shift including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to bend, twist, and rotate body at all times

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes, equipment, and safety on assigned lines
• Understand and operate at least 9 blown lines
• Perform regular quality checks and weight checks per work orders and skid plans
• Assist Maintenance Technicians during breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Operate and monitor production, adjusting settings as needed
• Package finished goods with labels, pallets, and trays for presentation
