Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Team Member to support training and coaching of Machine Tender/Packers, ensuring safe operation and quality packaging of finished goods. You will verify line orders, observe ISO processes, and assist in maintaining world-class standards across safety, quality and production metrics.

The role involves coordinating with Senior Operators, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring proper supplies and packaging for each shift while maintaining a clean, organized

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Safety: Act as a safety role model and follow plant-wide safety rules.
• Quality: Regular quality checks and adherence to ISO processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines and ensure correct packaging materials.
• Read and verify line orders and spec sheets for quality control.
• Coordinate with Senior Operators to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow housekeeping standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to Packers as needed.
