Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a Packaging Operator to support our Adel, GA production line. In this role you will package, label, palletize and inspect finished products, operate packaging machinery, and ensure quality and appearance meet specifications.

You will follow SOPs, participate in safety initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement and line efficiency. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
• Quality control experience is also an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Adept at following safety guidelines.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and move safely over uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and packaging materials throughout stages for quality and ensure packaging meets standards.
• Perform and document all quality inspections in accordance with SOPs.
• Participate in safety initiatives, Lean, self-directed teams, continuous improvement, and line efficiencies.
• Ensure all safety procedures and SOPs are followed and documented.
