Job summary

ICL Group in Adel, GA is seeking a Packaging Operator to support bottle packaging, labeling, palletizing, and line operations. You will operate equipment, monitor processes, and verify that finish products meet quality standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work in multiple positions on the production line. Local candidates only; relocation is not offered, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior industrial experience is a plus.
• Quality control experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and move over uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and packaging materials to ensure quality per standards.
• Perform and document reports and product quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in safety initiatives, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs and document compliance.
