Job summary

Alphia is hiring for a packaging line operator on the Kansas plant floor. You will maintain quality, operate packaging equipment, label and stack products, and support sanitation and changeovers. The role requires safe handling of bags up to 50 lb and adherence to GMP/SOP and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food packaging or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and operate packaging equipment on assigned line.
• Label, package, and stack products; inspect for quality.
• Follow GMP/SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete simple production reports accurately.
• Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and sanitation.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment and report issues.
