Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator for the Garland Plant to join the primary packaging team. You will operate assigned equipment for Lunchables, load supplies, monitor performance, and collaborate on changeovers with a focus on safety and quality.

You will follow HACCP, GMPs, and LO/TO policies while maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills; reading, writing, and communication abilities are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos; basic writing.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, ratios, percentages.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned packaging equipment in Lunchables line following specs and safety rules.
• Load and replenish supplies, monitor machine performance, and clear jams.
• Assist in mechanical changeovers and minor adjustments per SKU needs.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMPs, LO/TO, and safety policies.
