Job summary

Kraft Heinz Garland Plant is seeking a Packaging Operator Deboxer to support lunchable packaging lines. You will load supplies, operate packaging machines, clear jams, monitor performance, and assist with line changeovers while maintaining safety standards and clean GMP conditions.

You will rotate through primary packaging equipment, follow HACCP plans, report hazards, and work toward an injury-free environment in a cold 38-42 degree production area with loud machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Math skills to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to apply GMPs and safety policies on the line.
• Willingness to rotate through packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned packaging equipment per specifications.
• Load supplies, monitor machine performance and clear jams.
• Assist with line changeovers and minor equipment adjustments.
• Follow HACCP plans and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report hazards and support an injury-free environment.
