Shift and Schedule

Shift: 3rd (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr., increasing to $16.50/hr. after training, plus a $1.00/hr. shift premium

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble parts according to detailed drawings, specifications, and routing notes.
• Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Visually inspect products for cleanliness and particulate contamination.
• Use heat sealers for packaging and record inspections following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Job Functions

• Package quality silicone parts and assemblies, troubleshooting as needed.
• Interpret work processes, models, and prints.
• Utilize computer programs like QAD, MQ1, and FACTIVITY.
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, ISO standards, and GMP.
• Operate power and hand tools safely.
• Perform math calculations, document accurately, and stand for long periods.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Measurement equipment proficiency.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and efficiency.
