Mill/Braid Operator, 3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM; $16.50/hr, Plus $1.00/hr. Shift Premium; Manufacturing, Life Sciences - Beaverton, MI.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the mill and braiding machines.
• Use the mill machine to compound silicone raw materials, up to 40 lbs., following routing notes, SOPs, MOPs, or batch records.
• Visually inspect products for cleanliness and absence of dirt, hair, or particulates before supplying to the extrusion department.
• Operate the braiding machine to produce reinforced silicone tubing.
• Record in-process inspections and verifications using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Proficiently operate, troubleshoot, and perform on-the-job training on mill and braid equipment.
• Ensure the production of high-quality silicone products following company standards.
