Job summary

3M in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Packaging Operator III to operate automated packaging machines, monitor quality and safety, and use 3M computer systems to track production cycles. You will join a global team and contribute to efficient packaging operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to rotate shifts including days and nights, and overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20.46 per hour plus shift differentials, with day-one benefits and paid vacation.

  • Full- time: 12hr rotating shifts-Days & night shifts available

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience working with production machinery or CNC equipment.

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.46. This represents a good faith estimate for this position.
