Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Must lift at least 25 kg (50 lbs).
• Adhere to GMP and food safety rules.
• Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Meet cleanliness and equipment readiness at shift start.
• Follow directions to support department priorities.
• Ensure packaging materials are in good condition.
• Perform tests on metal detector and vision system.
• Label pallets and ensure barcodes are scannable.
• Set up boxes, liners, and wrappers per product.
• Verify weights and document results.
• Notify shift leader of anomalies and rework.
• Maintain safe, GMP-compliant operations.
• Assist on multiple packaging lines as needed.
