Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Medina, NY is seeking a Packaging Team Member to operate, monitor, and maintain packaging lines, ensuring products are packed safely and to high quality standards.

You’ll work 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) with OT as needed, and use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep packaging flowing. We value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and conveyors.
• Perform routine operation checks and maintenance.
• Monitor line performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
• Record inventory in SAP and manage labeling checks.
