Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking an Operator I to safely and efficiently assist in packaging quality products in a manner consistent with HP Hood standards. The Operator I will be proficient /qualified as a Filler Operator and/or Line Leader.

You will operate and clean high-speed filling and packaging equipment, follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies, maintain logs, and support cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling and packaging equipment.
• Daily operation of high-speed filling and packaging lines per SOP.
• Comply with GMP, SOPs and safety policies.
• Submit work orders and maintain equipment.
• Keep accurate logs, paperwork and charts.
• Meet production efficiencies and targets.
