Job summary

HP Hood is seeking an Operator I to safely and efficiently assist in packaging quality products in line with our standards. The role includes responsibilities as a Filler Operator and/or Line Leader.

You will operate and clean filling and packaging equipment, start up and shut down lines, perform sanitation, and keep logs and paperwork while following GMP and safety policies. The job requires physical stamina to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team to meet production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling and packaging equipment.
• Start up, shut down and sanitation of lines according to SOP.
• Maintain logs, paperwork and charts; follow GMP and safety policies.
• Meet production efficiencies and targets.
• Communicate with team members and cross-functional partners.
