Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh and transfer chemicals into specified containers and verify quantities against process orders.
• Document cleaning procedures and populate electronic process orders following GDP.
• Set up, operate, and clean dispensing equipment per safety protocols.
• Verify ventilation and safety equipment functionality and calibrate balances before operations.
• Cross-check bulk container, batch, and material numbers against specifications.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain equipment per 6S standards.
• Operate pallet and drum movers safely and dispose of waste per regulations.
• Assist in testing and implementing process/equipment changes to improve efficiency.
• Shift options: Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm or Sunday–Thursday 10:00pm–6:30am.
