Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Packaging Operator I for day shift to operate and maintain automated packaging lines, perform setup and changeovers, and ensure product quality and labeling compliance. You’ll work with a safety-minded team in a fast-paced beverage factory, handling routine data entry and line sanitation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in manufacturing, forklift cert, and strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment and minimize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety guidelines in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment to ensure line performance.
• Set up, operate and monitor packaging systems including case packers and palletizers.
• Perform changeovers for different package sizes and product specs.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Assist with material handling and support forklift operations.
• Record production data and monitor for process deviations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary lines following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.
