Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Production Packaging Operator I for day shifts. You will operate packaging lines, perform quality checks, and assist with setup and changeovers while upholding GMP standards.

You will troubleshoot equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area. Strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; overtime and 12-hour shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to troubleshoot production-related and equipment issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment, form cases, pack, label and check quality.
• Ensure materials are available (adhesives, wrap, labels).
• Set up/change over equipment for different packaging sizes.
• Maintain safety, GMP standards, and clean work area.
