Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Machine Operator I to run continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment with focus on quality and safety. The role requires operating basic equipment, performing changeovers, and maintaining clean facilities per GMP standards.

Position emphasizes attendance, English proficiency, and willingness to work a schedule that may include weekends and overtime; ladder safety and teamwork are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays or flexible schedule.
• Ability to climb 10–12 ft ladder.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality check sheets as required.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment efficiently.
• Perform and/or assist in product and package change over.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management.
