Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Kapolei, HI seeks a Production Operator to contribute to manufacturing in a fast-paced plant. You will perform equipment setup, packaging, filling, labeling, and line inspections while upholding GMP and safety standards.

This role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and prior operator experience; you will work 10.5-hour shifts with potential overtime and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous Production Operator experience is required.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Familiarity with operator control panels is preferred.
• Ability to operate automated casing equipment.
• Good mechanical aptitude for startup sequencing.
• Ability to identify line problems and non-conforming product.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift operation must be safe and efficient.
• Able to work 10.5-hour shifts with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities including equipment setup, packaging, filling, labeling, and maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and keep production areas clean and sanitized.
• Visually inspect materials and finished goods, report non-conformances.
• Carry out quality system procedures and work instructions.
• Run multiple machines (fillers, cappers, robots, casing equipment) and document checks.
• Provide relief for other operators as needed.
• Respect Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
