Job summary

Zoetis, the global leader in animal health, is seeking an entry-level Packaging Operator to perform general pharmaceutical production tasks in a lean environment, including inspection, packaging, line setup, and documentation.

The role requires high attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, basic math and Microsoft applications, and effective communication with shop floor colleagues. The position is on third shift, 9:45pm–6:15am, full-time with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, strong English communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Basic use of Microsoft applications and general computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control manufacturing/packaging/inspection machinery.
• Document and monitor manufacturing/packaging/inspection operations.
• Assist with basic setup and line changeovers.
• Carry out packaging activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Follow aseptic technique in classified processing areas.
