Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks follow batch records, SOPs and safety guidelines per regulatory standards.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on packaging equipment.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of tasks.
• Provide leadership to line operators and communicate with support personnel.
• Work as a team to meet production schedules and objectives.
