Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, English communication, legible handwriting and reading comprehension.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic use of Microsoft applications and general computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing/packaging/inspection machinery.
• Documents and monitors manufacturing/packaging/inspection operations.
• Participates in tasks such as basic setup, line changeovers.
• Responsible for packaging activities.
• Monitor, evaluate and adjust processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tasks completed.
• Gowning and aseptic technique in processing area; communicate with support personnel.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Communicate with shop floor colleagues and enabler support personnel to meet production schedules.
