Job summary

The Hillman Group in Villa Rica, Georgia is seeking a Packaging Operator I to assemble products per customer specifications on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

You will review work orders, inspect items for defects, weigh and count products, feed packaging machines, and label boxes while maintaining quality standards and accurate paperwork. This role may require overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Schedule

1st Shift - Monday - Thursday - 600 AM - 430 PM (based on business needs and job completions which could include overtime both during the week and on weekends)

Essential Job Functions
