Night shift differential applies, with a 6pm–6am rotation on C-Shift. Starting pay is $22.84/hour plus $1.00/hour night shift differential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be capable of obtaining forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand production instructions, BOMs and safety documents.
• High school diploma or GED required with reliable work history.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load 50–55 lb bags onto pallets per spec.
• Use forklift to move bags, pallets and materials.
• Apply, scan and verify barcodes for inventory accuracy.
• Weigh bags and record production data accurately.
• Perform quality checks on packaged weights.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and sanitation practices.
• Complete documentation for disposal, rework, packaging and load-out.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety policies and SOPs.
