Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be forklift-certified and able to operate packaging equipment.
• Ability to read safety manuals and production schedules.
• Able to work the 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending system to meet specs and ensure weights fall within tolerances.
• Handle bags up to 50 lbs and palletize up to 120 per hour.
• Troubleshoot and service bulk powders and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure energy isolation before repairs.
• Maintain production records and complete required paperwork.
• Follow ISO 9001 guidelines and support the quality management system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Scheduling for supplies.
