Sika Corporation in Mattawan, MI is seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production. You will operate on packaging lines, ensure accurate labeling, and work with the team to keep output on schedule. You should be comfortable on your feet, follow PPE rules, and be able to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to wear PPE, including respirators.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and safety commitment.
• Able to lift/move materials (30–50 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Operate on packaging lines to support timely and accurate product output.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Use computers to create accurate and compliant labels.
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Assist in other functional areas as needed to support the facility’s overall success.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
