Job summary

Sika Corporation in Mattawan, MI is seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production. You will operate on packaging lines, ensure accurate labeling, and work with the team to keep output on schedule. You should be comfortable on your feet, follow PPE rules, and be able to lift 30–50 lbs.

Forklift operation training is provided if needed. The role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to wear PPE, including respirators.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Able to lift/move materials (30–50 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs).

Sika is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Operator to support production at our growing Mattawan, MI facility. In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are packaged with accuracy and care—directly contributing to our operational success.
