Job summary

Crown Cork USA, Inc. is seeking a Palletizer Operator at our Bradley, IL facility. You will work under supervision to operate palletizing equipment, ensure quality checks, and assist with labeling and packaging processes in a fast-paced beverage can line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in high-speed packaging, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. OSHA training and AS400 knowledge are pluses. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 2–3 years experience in inspecting/packaging in high speed manufacturing.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and overtime.
• OSHA training preferred for manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizer and related automated equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity while minimizing spoilage.
• Communicate equipment or production issues across shifts.
• Assist and train new palletizer operators as needed.
• Follow SOPs and 6S housekeeping to maintain optimal efficiencies.
