Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Tampa, FL is seeking a Packaging Technician to operate and assist with setup of manual and automated packaging equipment, following Batch Records and cGMP guidelines to ensure product integrity.

You will maintain documentation, support material movement, report deviations, and participate in safety and SOP training in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP/SOPs (preferred).
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with setup of manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Follow Batch Record instructions for primary and secondary packaging.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of packaging rooms and equipment.
• Support material movement and reconciliation (chain of custody).
• Report deviations or issues to QA/Team Lead/Manager.
• Maintain GMP documentation and complete required SOP training.
• Participate in safety processes and follow all safety guidelines.
