Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a packaging operator to support our production line in Minnesota. The role involves running packaging equipment, weighing and sealing bags, labeling products, and stacking pallets. You will sample products for lab testing and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring GMP adherence.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some production experience, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to housekeeping and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some production experience preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency in packaging operations and GMPs, with attention to labeling and equipment checks.

Responsibilities

• Tend machine that performs packaging functions.
• Fill bags or totes to proper weight.
• Ensure that the bags are properly sealed.
• Stack finished product on pallets.
• Properly label product according to instructions.
• Sample product for lab and customer.
• Maintain proper documentation of product packaged.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is in top working order.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Practice good housekeeping.
