Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tends machine that performs one or more packaging functions
• Fill bags or totes to proper weight
• Ensure that the bags are properly sealed
• Stack finished product on pallets
• Properly label product according to instructions
• Sample product for lab and customer
• Maintain proper documentation of product packaged
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is in top working order
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Practice good housekeeping
• Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work area
• Conduct proficient CIP and COP processes
