Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Packaging Laborer to operate packaging machinery and ensure the highest quality of both unpackaged and packaged products. You will be part of a team that values feedback, teamwork, and a commitment to superior quality and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in demand.
• Attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates product entering packaging for quality standards.
• Removes substandard product from the line.
• Communicates quality issues to Line Control Supervisor for correction.
• Removes packaged product from conveyor line.
• Packs and manages finished product counts to meet orders.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
