Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a manufacturing client in recruiting a Packaging Operator in Maryland. You will label, inspect and package final products, operate filling and sealing equipment, and maintain accurate documentation in a GMP-regulated setting.

This day shift role offers $16.50 per hour, a pathway to temp-to-hire, and a collaborative team environment with onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and maintain records.
• Proficiency in English with basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive environment.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual and automated systems.
• Operate packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, and sealing containers.

As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging processes. Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: Day Shift (0600 AM - 2:30PM)
