Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in entry level packaging or production.
• No degree required for this role; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to operate or learn forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons into the folder/gluer feeder and clear jams to keep lines running.
• Assist Case Stacker with loading, palletizing, moving loads, and stocking lines.
• Review job tickets for instructions, packing requirements and shift details.
• Monitor product quality and track case counts to ensure accurate packing.
• Raise line issues or inventory shortages to keep production steady.
• Share instructions with oncoming shifts to prevent interruptions.
• Train new associates on folder/gluer processes and support nearby lines.
• Follow plant safety rules and SQF guidelines for food contact facilities.
