Job summary

Parallel Employment is seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team as Packaging Line Operators in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate packaging machinery and help ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently.

The first shift starts at 16 USD per hour (7:00 am–3:30 pm). A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document production data and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
