Job summary

North Freeze Dry, LLC is seeking a Packaging Operator in Little Falls, MN to run the packaging line, monitor quality, and keep accurate records. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork in a food-manufacturing setting.

The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Follow food safety, quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging process and machinery per manuals and quality criteria.
• Maintain logs/records of produced units and rejected materials.
• Perform pre-operational checks and sanitation tasks.
• Interface with ERP for inventory control and lot traceability.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organized.
