Responsibilities

• Set up and coach packaging line operations to correct centers.
• Support line troubleshooting and line efficiency improvements.
• Assist Process Engineer with product development when needed.
• Report issues to supervisor and help resolve safety/quality concerns.
• Monitor product quality, paperwork, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with material handlers on upcoming jobs and packaging needs.
• Notify supervisors of safety, quality or production escalations.
• Assist with maintenance communication for line issues.
