Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to run packaging lines and ensure products meet customer specs. You will follow schedules, set up equipment, and perform quality checks while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant. OT may be required; this is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills including touch screens.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Capable of meeting daily production requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery efficiently to meet customer specifications.
• Read and follow daily production schedules and material requirements.
• Transport packaging materials to the production area.
• Set up and operate equipment with correct materials; stack finished product as required.
• Perform periodic quality control checks on packaging and seals.
• Conduct changeovers between product varieties following guidelines.
• Document product, material, output, and downtime accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with GMP/SQF procedures.
