Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corp in Mineola, TX, is seeking a Machine Operator for its Packaging Operations team. This 2nd shift role runs Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am, with a shift differential and weekly pay.

You will operate packaging machinery to meet customer specs and maintain quality and safety standards. Key requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating with team members

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to meet daily production requirements.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the daily production schedule and material requirements.
• Transport needed packaging materials to the production area.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment according to order specs and safely stack finished product.
• Meet daily production requirements and perform quality checks per customer requirements.
• Perform efficient product changeovers and adjust flow, document downtime and reporting.
• Troubleshoot minor packaging issues and coordinate with maintenance and supervision.
