Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including touch screens.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must meet daily production requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Strong communication of questions and reports to coworkers and management.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand daily production schedule and material requirements.
• Transport needed packaging materials to production area.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment per order specs and verify finished product.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Perform quality checks on packaging, seals and date codes.
• Document product, materials, output and downtime accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor packaging problems and adjust equipment as needed.
• Communicate maintenance needs to supervisors.
