Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Production Operator - Packaging for the Auburndale, FL facility. The role focuses on operating and maintaining automated packaging lines, performing changeovers, and ensuring product integrity and labeling compliance.

You will work with case packers, palletizers, conveyors, and PLCs to maintain optimal line performance, while supporting safety protocols and reporting production data. A strong mechanical aptitude and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Valid forklift certification and ability to operate forklift safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment to meet line performance and quality targets.
• Set up and monitor case packers, palletizers, and related systems for different package sizes.
• Perform changeovers by adjusting conveyors, guides, and PLCs for product specs and sizes.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods.
