Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions in English.
• Proven safety record and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment (case packers, palletizers).
• Perform changeovers and adjust conveyors, guides, and PLCs for different sizes and specs.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data entry during operations and changeovers.
• Support material handling and assist forklift drivers with pallet movements.
