The role supports end-to-end production and packaging of transdermal therapies, operating and maintaining equipment, weighing materials, and ensuring quality and safety in a cGMP environment.

Shifts run 5am–5pm with a rotating schedule; contract position with potential for permanent hire based on performance. Training provided up to 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with packaging in any setting preferred; pharma/GMP not required.
• Willingness to learn new processes quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Comfort using basic computer programs like Outlook.
• Ability to work in a hands-on production environment with moving parts and odors.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a cGMP environment.
• Measure, weigh, and verify materials to ensure product accuracy.
• Support end-to-end production processes including manufacturing, pouching, labeling, and packaging.
• Set up equipment for clinical study packaging runs and batch production.
• Maintain detailed records and follow SOPs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehousing tasks as needed.

In this hands-on role, you ll support the end-to-end manufacturing and packaging process operating and maintaining production equipment, weighing and verifying raw materials, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. All work is performed in strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols within a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical environment.
