The role supports packaging for transdermal drug delivery products and collaborates with Converting Technicians to ensure compliant GMP, safety, and quality standards. Candidates should be dependable and detail-oriented with basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Up to 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule and adapt to shift changes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Converting Technicians with packaging, filling, and manufacturing operations.
  • Operate production equipment and support packaging line activities.
  • Stage, transport, and replenish raw materials and in-process materials.
  • Perform line clearance, housekeeping, and workstation cleaning to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Handle and dispose of hazardous waste according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Follow Manufacturing Orders, SOPs, GMP, GDP, and serialization requirements.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, labor reporting, and downtime tracking using basic computer systems.
  • Wear required PPE and follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures.
  • Escalate equipment, quality, or production concerns to leadership when necessary.
  • Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and team production meetings.

Pay Rate: $23-25/hr
6-month contract with high potential to extend/convert

Available Shifts:
4 Openings: Monday–Friday Night Shift (3 Crew Schedule) 9:30pm - 5pm
3 Openings: 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift (4 Crew Schedule) 5pm - 5am

  • Experience working with production, packaging, or assembly equipment.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, GMP documentation, and quality systems.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment.
