Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a blending environment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to work under moderate supervision.
  • Must be comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate blending, coating, and slitting operations on your assigned shift.
  • Ensure operations meet production targets, quality specifications, and all cGMP/SOP standards.
  • Perform equipment set-up and troubleshoot issues to keep processes running efficiently.
  • Train and support operators to maintain smooth shift transitions and strong performance.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
