Job summary

KDC-ONE in New Albany, OH is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our fast-paced production team. This entry-level role focuses on building containers, packing products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and work in a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a Packaging Operator, build and assemble containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Check product quality to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborate with and train teammates to support growth.

1st: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

2nd: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

3rd: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay:

$14.75 - $16.75

What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
